About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity available to join our IT Solutions – Data & Analytics team as our Business Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis.
The position will focus on a wide variety of data topics to deliver the IT project roadmap. Working closely with the business & the Architecture and BI teams, you will help build, validate & implement a new or improvement solutions that fulfill business needs.
The role will analyse and design data & analytic improvement opportunities as well as facilitate stakeholder engagement and build awareness of new technology across the business.
Ability to listen and understand the needs of business users and translate them to a technical solution
You will have a willingness and eagerness to participate in the business with a positive, can do attitude
You will enjoy building relationships and collaborating with your stakeholders
Project Management Experience & understands importance of change management processes
Previous PowerBI experience including knowledge of the techniques and tools used in the design and development of Business Intelligence scorecards, dashboards and reports.
A self-starter with good personal organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
Ability to work effectively as part of team
Excellent analytical and report writing skills
Have a growth mindset & entrepreneurial spirit
Have great communication skills
