In all models, you will feel the full support of RGP to assist you in your work and guide you on your chosen path.**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**We are looking for high-performing and experienced individuals to join us as a Business Analyst.You should be able to start work immediately or with short notice, enjoys the opportunity to work on diversified project portfolios and see yourself as a key player in managing client and project deliverables.As a Business Analyst working on a project-basis, you will be researching and analyzing the activities of a project for possible gaps in business requirements and contribute to the solution design, providing expert advice, guidance and leadership to the project manager, team and other stakeholders.**ATTRIBUTES OF INDIVIDUALS IN THIS ROLE AT RGP**+ Adaptable.+ Able to multi-task easily.+ Open to work in an ever-changing environment.+ Able to engage with all levels of people with ease esp. C-suite and Program Directors.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**+ Undertake customer requirements and reviewing the organizational structure and elements that impact business performance.+ Identify gaps that need to be removed and map out a plan of action, providing ideas that can help change the current state with an improvement plan.+ Lead stakeholder consultations, requirements workshops, business analysis and business process descriptions / modelling.+ Demonstrate technical capability across scope definition, process mapping, data mapping, testing implementation and user training.+ Support the governance and tracking of strategic initiatives to ensure the delivery of benefits.+ Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will structure project delivery and execute their plans**DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS**+ At least 10 years previous experience in a similar role within the Information Management, Supply Chain, Human Capital, Finance, Governance, Risk and Compliance specializations.+ Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager with capability to manage projects of varying duration and complexity.+ Core BA skills and high level of experience in stakeholder engagement.+ Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.+ The ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.+ Be able to multi-task under pressure and work very well in a fast-paced environment.**Equal Opportunity Employer**RGP is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
