What impact will you have?

As a Business Analyst within the ARS220 Project, you will join a high performing team of regulatory change specialists. With a Finance background, you will have demonstrated experience working as a part of regulatory change initiatives within a global bank or financial services organisation. Experience with Group Treasury change and Capital/ Finance regulations would be highly regarded (such as EFS or IFRS9).

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting functional and non-functional requirements. You will communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are understood, documented, & translated into reporting that meets business needs. As such, excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical to your success.

What skills will you use?

To set you up for success in this role, you will possess experience in:

  • effectively facilitating meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills
  • producing high quality, detailed, and easily understandable documentation to support new solutions
  • tracking and monitoring project deliverables against both external regulatory obligations and internal milestones commitments
  • identifying and addressing risks and issues in a timely manner
  • exposure to data warehousing principles, big data platforms such as Alteryx and Power BI and Cloudera / Hadoop an advantage
