Position title: Administrative/Property OfficerPosition number: 20008067About the role:Administrative Officer performing support duties to Boronia Police Station; however you may be required to work at other locations within the Division.As the successful applicant you will be responsible for station administration, monitoring and recording all briefs of evidence and correspondence and assisting with property management. Working in a small administration team, duties will also include supporting Station Management and routine correspondences and data entryVictoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and support flexible working arrangementsYour duties will include: Recording and moving of files & correspondence; archiving filesManaging, recording, handling, disposal of property – attending off-site locations with police members for sameRecording and accounting for expenditure within work location; ordering and purchasing supplies – may involve leaving work location to collect sameOther administrative duties as directedKnowledge of PALM, Station Books would be an advantage.
