Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Manager your role will involve:

  • Daily entry and collection of Accounts Payable invoices
  • Credit card. bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparation of weekly payment runs, including the collation of invoices due
    and payable.
  • Assist in managing the expense management system
  • Preparation of monthly creditor statements
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  • About You

    You will be a passionate Accounts Payable Officer with a professional services background.

    The successful candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years experience in a full function Accounts Payable role
  • Working knowledge of GST
