The Business Process Consultant (BPC) will be responsible for delivering Industry best practices around platform implementation. The BPC is responsible for providing subject matter expertise within the industry. The BPC will establish, implement, and manage the business change required within a customer's organization.The BPC will lead all business process change aspects of the project delivery and solution delivery, be responsible for maintaining a high degree of expertise in ServiceNow best practices and hold yourself to high standards when implementing. Responsibilities include+ Leading business process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders+ Assisting stakeholders to solve key business problems and challenges by enabling an architecture transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a "to-be" enterprise environment.+ Developing required documentation such as workshop agenda, presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities+ Identifying areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness), maturity uplift and recommending solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks+ Becoming a trusted adviser and status with the customer throughout the engagement+ Promoting continuous process improvement practices through process metrics/KPIs, dashboards and role accountability+ Managing and communicating process and business requirements to the delivery team as a bridge to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the customer's expectations+ Leading testing and customer acceptance activities+ Driving the customer roadmap discussions and decisions+ Main liaison from the development team to the business in ensuring accurate requirement gathering is achieved and that all teams have a shared project vision+ Ensure Quality of deliverables with zero defects and no client escalations.+ Providing training and mentoring to other members of the services teamQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:+ Degree in Business or IT related field preferred or comparable experience.+ Minimum 2 years consulting experience in ITSM related process and tool implementation projects.+ Minimum 2 years experience in process definition, improvement and re-engineering.+ Minimum 2 years experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts and process documents.+ ITIL v4 Foundation CertificationPreferred Qualifications:+ ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Adminstrator) and ITSM Fundaments Certifications.+ Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbal and written; with strong presentation and facilitation skills.+ Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)+ Proficient in process management competencies.+ Proven ability to work independently and as a team member+ Strong experience in requirements gathering, story writing, test plan development and working on projects using agile methodologies and best practices.+ Desire to add value to the client and Accenture above and beyond the role+ Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification+ Business Process Management (BPC) training/certification+ Proven experience identifying solutions that align to ITIL best practices including defining and deploying "future state" ITSM Process for clients aligned to the ServiceNow platform.Salary range for this role is 70K- 110K .About AccentureAccenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security.
